- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to administrator approval.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, at check-in.

- Any issues with cleaning must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk around common areas wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, an R$80.00 fee will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In the event of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage available before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.
