- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID image (front and back).

- The same applies to all guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to consultation with the management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

USE OF COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (7 am to 8 pm).

- Coworking: Free of charge. Reservation is only required for the private meeting room (available 24h).

- Laundry: Use requires the OMO app (7 am to 10 pm).

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged piece; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, at the time of check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value for the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area available for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects in the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
