RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, a photo ID (front and back) will be requested.

- The same applies to all guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to availability and must be arranged with the property manager.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Laundry: Free use, you must bring your own liquid detergent and fabric softener (24 hours).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use the body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and replacement of linens (bed and bath) are performed only once, at check-in.

- Any issues with cleaning must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk through common areas of the building in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, there will be a charge of R$80.00 for reissuing and access to the lodging.

- If any item is damaged, the replacement cost will be charged.

- The building does not have a luggage storage facility. It is not possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items in the window.

- Throwing waste out the windows, on the balcony, or in shared areas.
