- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Co-working: prior reservation and additional information checks at the front desk. (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Mini market: located at the front desk (24 hours)

PARKING:

- Rotating spot, subject to availability.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests included in the booking, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and change of linen (bed and bath) are performed only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit has an extra bed available to accommodate 1 child up to 5 years old at no additional cost. Linen not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to circulate in the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged for reissuing and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- This property does not provide laundry facilities for guests.

- There is a storage area in the building for luggage before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

PROHIBITED:

- Disposing of any waste through windows, balconies, or common areas.
