- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon consultation with the property manager.

- Gym: access by requesting a key at the reception (6 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

- Gourmet Space: advance reservation required and additional information available at reception.

- Zen Space: free use (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

- Co-working: advance reservation required and additional information available at reception. (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

PARKING:

- Rotating space, subject to availability.

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a penalty of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are provided only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit includes an extra bed, available to accommodate 1 child up to 5 years old at no additional cost. Linen not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothing and for transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a penalty of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and regaining access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- This property does not provide laundry facilities for guests.

- There is luggage storage available on the property for items before check-in. Items left are the sole responsibility of the guest.

PROHIBITED:

- Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or in common areas.
