RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, an image of an official photo ID (front and back) will be requested.

- This also applies to all companions.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24-hour reception.

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

- Lounge: open use (respecting quiet hours)

- Gym: Access requires visual registration (6 a.m. to 11 p.m.)

- Laundry: Reservation required at the front desk (24 hours)

- Coworking: Access requires visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

- Game room: Access requires visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

LINEN AND TOWELS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor towel.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen/towel replacement is provided only once, upon entry to the accommodation.

- Any issues with cleaning must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for replacement and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a baggage deposit available at the property before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Meals are not included in the room rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. It’s a practical and tasty way to start your day or have a meal without leaving the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste through the windows, balcony, or common areas.
