RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be required to send an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3 PM.

- Check-out: until 12 PM.

- Between 12 PM and 3 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco café: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) changes are performed only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In the event of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage available before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.

Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A practical and tasty option to start your day or enjoy a meal without leaving the location.
