LINEN:

- Includes 1 bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies for stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) replacement are provided only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas of the building wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuing and regaining access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage available before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.
