RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the manager.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24-hour reception.

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm)

- Lounge: Free use (respecting quiet hours)

- Gym: Access with visual registration (6am to 11pm)

- Laundry: By reservation at the reception (24h)

- Coworking: Access with visual registration (8am to 9pm)

- Game room: Access with visual registration (8am to 9pm)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor mat.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

- It is not allowed to circulate in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and accommodation access.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property features a charming coffee shop, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A convenient and delicious option to start the day or have a meal without leaving the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, on the balcony, or in common areas.

PARKING:

- Rotating parking space, subject to availability.
