- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to inquiry with the manager.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco cafeteria: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm)

BEDDING AND BATH LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use the body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fee of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece; this also applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen replacement (bed and bath) are provided only once, at the time of check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit has an auxiliary bed available for 1 child up to 5 years old at no extra charge. Bedding is not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Use the service elevator if wearing wet clothing or when transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk through common areas in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a baggage deposit for items before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

- The property offers a charming cafeteria, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, with breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet-style or à la carte. A convenient and tasty alternative for starting your day or having a meal without leaving the location.

PROHIBITED:

- Throwing trash out the windows, on balconies, or in common areas.
