Intermares is a neighborhood located in Cabedelo, in the Metropolitan Region of João Pessoa, Paraíba. It is well known for its calm and crystal-clear waters, making it ideal for those who enjoy water activities such as stand-up paddle, kayaking, and relaxing sea baths. The beach is also famous for its natural pools formed by reefs, visible at certain times, providing a unique experience for visitors.

The infrastructure in Intermares is excellent, with various bars, restaurants, and kiosks along the shore, offering great options for leisure and dining for both tourists and locals. RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens.

ACCOMMODATION:

Cozy for 2 people.

The unit is autonomous and is not a hotel, therefore breakfast is NOT included in the daily rate.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the day of check-in: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the rooftop.

Hours of use: 8 AM to 8 PM.

Currently, no scheduled maintenance days for the pool.

IMPORTANT: In case of loss of the KEY CARD / TAG, a fine of R$50.00 will be charged to provide access to the apartment, as it requires calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new access tag.

By booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas: pool, game room, and kids' playroom, ensuring leisure and wellness options for all tastes.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A fine of R$100.00 per item will apply for improper use of bath towels.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are provided only once, upon check-in.

Access to the Gym, Pool, Game Room, and Kids' Playroom as common areas.

Any cleaning or housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage.

Drying items on windows.

Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or in common areas.
