RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

- This unit does not offer internet access.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days or on the day of check-in: no refund.

- Pool: located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm)

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm)

- Lounge: Free to use (respecting quiet hours)

- Gym: Access by visual registration (6am to 11pm)

- Laundry: By reservation at reception (24h)

- Coworking: Access by visual registration (8am to 9pm)

- Game room: Access by visual registration (8am to 9pm)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth

- Do not use body or hand towels as floor rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece, the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuing and for access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage facility at the property for use before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

- The property has a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet style or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the location.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of the windows, balcony, or common areas.

- Rates vary according to demand.

- Rotating parking spaces, subject to availability.
