IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning service and linen/towel changes are provided only once, upon check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to circulate in the common areas wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for replacement and accommodation access.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.
