CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to availability and confirmation with the management.

- Pool: located on the rooftop (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Gym: access via facial recognition (6:00 AM to 11:00 PM).

- Laundry: Usage information at the reception (24 hours).

- Sauna: Usage information at the reception (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Pub: Free use (8:00 AM to 12:00 AM).

- Self-Service Minimarket: (24 hours).

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests included in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) replacements are performed only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit has an extra bed available to accommodate 1 child up to 5 years old at no extra cost. Linen not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothing or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to circulate in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a R$80.00 fee will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage available at the property before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying objects on the window.

- Throwing waste out the windows, balcony, or common areas.
