RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon consultation with the property manager.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

- This unit does not have internet access.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Pool: located on the rooftop (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

- Lounge: Free use (quiet hours must be respected)

- Gym: Access with visual registration (6 a.m. to 11 p.m.)

- Laundry: By reservation at the front desk (24 hours).

- Coworking: Access with visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

- Game room: Access with visual registration (8 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

LINENS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests included in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor mat.

- Do not use bath and hand towels as floor cloths. A fine of R$ 100.00 will be charged for each damaged piece, as well as for stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are provided only once, at the time of check-in.

- Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk through the common areas of the property in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area at the property for luggage before check-in. Items are the responsibility of the guest.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A practical and delicious alternative to start your day or enjoy a meal without leaving the property.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of the windows, balcony, or common areas.
