- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest.

- To request an early check-in, please contact the management team to check availability.

- Swimming pool: located on the rooftop (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Gym: access granted through facial registration (6:00 AM to 11:00 PM).

- Laundry room: reservation required at the front desk.

- Kingdom Coffee Café: open to the public (6:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

- Coworking space: access granted through facial registration (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

- Game room: access granted through facial registration (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

LINENS:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Please do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided only once, upon check-in.

- Any cleaning or housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- Walking through common areas wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt, is not allowed.

- The building has a café that offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Meals are not included in the daily rates and are served at the charming Kingdom Coffee for R$ 35.00 per person (buffet), in addition to à la carte options. A practical and delicious option available on-site to start your day right!
