- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to prior arrangement with the administrator.

- Hot tub: located on the rooftop (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Lounge: Free use (respecting quiet hours).

- Gym: Access allowed with visual registration (6:00 AM to 11:00 PM).

- Laundry: Available by reservation at the reception (24 hours).

- Coworking: Access allowed with visual registration (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

- Game room: Access allowed with visual registration (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: Open to the public (6:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or when carrying luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk through common areas of the property wearing inappropriate clothing such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissuing and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area available for guests before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, providing breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet-style or à la carte. A convenient and delicious alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the property.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
