- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted bedsheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are performed only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to access the common areas in inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- If the tag or access key is lost, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- The property features a charming coffee shop, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A practical and delicious alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the premises.
