RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.


APARTMENT RULES

Damages and Penalties: In case of any damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths. A R$100.00 fine will be charged per damaged item, including stained sheets.

ACCOMMODATION:

Comfortable for 2 people.

This is a self-contained unit and not a hotel, therefore breakfast is NOT included in the daily rate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.

Cancellations requested 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the 1st floor.

Operating hours: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Currently, there are no scheduled maintenance days for the pool.

Lost access TAG/KEY: A R$50.00 fine will be charged in case of lost access tag/key, as we must call a locksmith and/or acquire a new one.

By booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas:

Pool, Gym, Coworking (with prior scheduling at reception), Lounge, Kids' Area, and Rooftop – offering leisure and well-being options for all tastes.

LINEN:

Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, and 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A R$100.00 fine will be charged per item for misuse of bath towels.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen change are done only once, at check-in.

Access to Gym and Pool as common areas.

Report any cleaning issues immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying items on the window.

Throwing trash out of windows, balconies, or common areas.

NIGHTLY RATES:

Rates vary according to demand.
