- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator should be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a R$80.00 fee will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- In case of any damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area at the property for luggage before check-in. Items stored are the guest's responsibility.

- The property has a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the nightly rate and may be enjoyed buffet-style or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative to start your day or have a meal without leaving the property.
