- From 12pm to 3pm: cleaning and preparation period.

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Café: open to the public (6:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top bed sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item; the same applies to stained bed sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator if you have wet clothes or for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- If the access tag or key is lost, an R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissuing and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area available before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A practical and delicious alternative to start the day or have a meal without having to leave the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Throwing trash out of windows, balconies, or in the common areas.
