RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure a safe and peaceful stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

- This unit does not offer internet access.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Less than 15 days or on the day of check-in: no refund.

- Hot tub: Located on the rooftop (7am to 10pm)

- Lounge: Free use (respecting quiet hours)

- Gym: Access with visual registration (6am to 11pm)

- Laundry: By reservation at the reception (24h)

- Coworking: Access with visual registration (8am to 9pm)

- Game room: Access with visual registration (8am to 9pm)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco cafeteria: open to the public (6am to 10:30am and 3pm to 10pm)


BED AND BATH LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, upon check-in to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or when transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate clothing such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost for the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage at the property for belongings before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

- The property features a charming cafeteria, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed as a buffet or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative for starting your day or having a meal without leaving the premises.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
