- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of your photo ID (front and back).

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM (noon).

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: upon request with the management.

- Laundry: By reservation at the reception (24 hours)

- Coworking: Access with facial registration (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

- Game Room: Access with facial registration (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

- Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco Cafe: open to the public (6:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted bedsheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a penalty of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are performed only once, upon entry to the accommodation.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the property wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage available before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.

- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet-style or à la carte—a convenient and delicious option for starting your day or enjoying a meal without leaving the premises.
