Our apartment was designed to offer practicality and comfort in every detail. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water purifier, blender, sandwich maker, and capsule coffee machine. Comfortable beds with full bed linen and air conditioning ensure peaceful nights. All of this just a few meters from the sea, so you can enjoy unforgettable days with the feeling of being at home.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, a photo ID (front and back) will be requested.

- The same applies to all companions.

- This is a security measure. We prioritize your safety, transparency, and comfort throughout your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the manager.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days or on the check-in day: no refund.

COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

- Laundry Room: Free to use; guests must bring liquid detergent and fabric softener (24h).

- Gym: Open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

- Coworking Space: Reservation required at the front desk (additional fee applies).

- Laundry Service: Reservation required at the front desk (additional fee applies).

BEDDING AND LINENS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom.

- Do not use towels or sheets as floor cloths.

- Damaged or stained items: a charge of R$ 100.00 per item.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are carried out only once, at the time of check-in.

- Report any cleaning issues immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through the building's common areas in unsuitable clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

PROHIBITED:

- Hanging objects out to dry in the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or in common areas.
