RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all guests.

- This is a safety measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3 p.m.

- Check-out: by 12 p.m.

- Between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the management.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

- Laundry: Free use, you must bring your own liquid detergent and fabric softener (24 hours).

- Gym: (5:00 AM to 11:00 PM)

- Coworking: Reservation required at the front desk (additional fee).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases and bath towels according to the number of guests included in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths; a R$ 100.00 fine will be charged for each damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are carried out only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in common areas wearing inappropriate attire such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the replacement value for the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area available before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items in the window.

- Disposing of trash through windows, balconies, or common areas.
