RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

RULES FOR APARTMENT USE

Damages & Penalties

In case of damage, the cost of replacing the damaged item will be charged.

Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths — a R$100.00 fee per damaged piece will be applied. The same applies to stained bed linens.

ACCOMMODATION

Comfortable for up to 5 guests.

This is a self-managed unit, not a hotel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: 100% refund.

Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in date: No refund.

LINENS & TOWELS

Provided: fitted sheet, top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels (according to the number of guests), and 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Misuse of towels will incur a R$100.00 fine per damaged item.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Cleaning and linen/towel change are done only once, prior to check-in.

Access to pool and gym as common areas.

Report any cleaning or setup issues immediately.

Visitors are not allowed.

Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage.

In case of loss of the key/tag, a R$80.00 fee will be charged for replacement, as we may need to call a locksmith or issue a new key/tag.

Note: This building does not provide laundry facilities for guests.

PROHIBITED

Drying clothes or objects on the window.

Throwing trash out of the windows, balconies, or common areas.

Smoking inside the apartment or in leisure areas (subject to fine).
