- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.
- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

LINEN:
- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, in addition to 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.
- Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) replacement are provided only once, at check-in.
- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.
- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.
- In case of loss of the access tag or key, an R$80.00 fee will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.
- In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.
- A luggage storage area is available on the property for items before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.
- The property features a charming café, Kingdom Coffee Cabo Branco, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner options. Meals are not included in the daily rate and can be enjoyed buffet-style or à la carte. A practical and tasty alternative to start your day or dine without leaving the venue.
