Well connected to other neighborhoods and close to tourist attractions, it is ideal for those seeking comfort, practicality, and proximity to the beach.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure applies to each accompanying guest. This is our standard security process to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: by 12:00 PM

The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request early check-in, please contact the property manager to check availability.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

THERE IS NO RECEPTION.

ATTENTION:

Automatic bookings are accepted only until 9:00 PM. After that time, availability will be checked by our team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept bookings after 9:00 PM. If there's a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box.

Late night or early morning check-in: In such cases, the reservation must also include the previous night.

Apartment Rules:

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as cleaning rags to avoid a fine of R$ 100 per damaged item; the same applies to stained bed sheets.

NO SMOKING in the apartment or common areas.

Accommodation:

Cozy for up to 4 guests.

The unit is autonomous and is not a hotel.

Important Information – Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.

Swimming Pool:

Located on the rooftop.

Usage hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

Guests have access to the building’s common areas: pool and gym, ensuring options for leisure and well-being. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place.

The mini-market operates 24 hours, with self-service for quick and secure purchases at any time.

Bedding and Towels:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels according to the number of guests, and 1 face towel per bathroom.

Fine of R$ 100 per damaged item if bath towels are misused.

Additional Important Information:

Cleaning and linen/towel change are performed once upon check-in.

Access to gym and pool as common areas.

Cleaning or arrangement issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Service elevator use: for wet clothes and luggage only.

Breakfast is not included; served at the building’s restaurant for R$ 35 per person.

Prohibited:

Drying objects on the window.

Throwing trash from windows, balcony, or common areas.

Rates: Vary according to demand.

Parking: Fixed parking spot.
