RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.


Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths, as a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item will be applied. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

The unit is autonomous and is not a hotel.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the rooftop.

Pool hours: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

When booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas, including the pool – ensuring leisure and well-being for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Damages and fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost will be charged. A R$ 100.00 fine applies to damaged towels or stained linens.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are done only once, upon check-in.

Access to the pool as a common area.

Any cleaning/housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying clothes on windows.

Throwing trash out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
