RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules

Damage and Penalties:

In case of damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item will be charged. The same applies to stained bed linens. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in leisure areas.

LINENS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A fine of R$100.00 will be charged per item misused.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and towel/linen change is performed only once, upon check-in.

ATTENTION: In case of lost TAG/KEY, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged to cover locksmith services and/or replacement of the TAG/KEY.

Access to gym, pool, playroom, and coworking (with additional fee) is included.

Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage.

Breakfast is not included. It is served at our charming Move Coffee & Bistro for R$32.00 per person — a practical and delicious option to start your day.

Located in the Tambaú neighborhood, a lively and laid-back tourist hub stretching along the beach of the same name, this area is surrounded by palm trees and filled with kiosks selling beer, drinks, and seafood, as well as offering live music at night. In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still limited, cyclists and walkers fill the beachfront avenue, lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and lace items, are sold at the craft market in the Feirinha de Artesanato.
