LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor mat.

- Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths. A fee of R$100.00 per damaged item will be charged, the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen/towel exchange are performed only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator should be used when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk around the common areas in inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the unit.

- If any items are damaged, the replacement value of the item will be charged.

- There is luggage storage available before check-in. Items left are the guest's responsibility.
