LINENS:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests stated in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 bath mat.

- Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item, the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) change are only provided once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit offers an extra bed, available for 1 child up to 5 years old, at no additional cost. Linens are not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk around common areas in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fee of R$80.00 will be charged for re-issuing and access to the accommodation.

- In the case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage area for use before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.
