RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths—each misused piece will incur a fine of R$ 100. The same applies to stained bed sheets. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and leisure areas. Accommodation: Cozy for up to 4 people. The unit operates independently and is not a hotel. Important Information: Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in date: no refund. Swimming Pool: Located on the rooftop. Hours of use: from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Currently, there are no scheduled maintenance days. Guests have access to common areas: swimming pool, gym, and kids' playroom. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place. The convenience store operates 24 hours with a self-service system for quick and secure purchases at any time. Linen Kit: Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, and 1 face towel in the bathroom. Misuse of towels will result in a fine of R$ 100 per piece. Additional Information: Cleaning and linen change are done only once, at check-in. Attention: Loss of the TAG/KEY will result in a fine of R$ 80 to cover locksmith and/or replacement costs. Access to gym, pool, playroom, and coworking area (the latter for an additional fee). Report any cleaning issues immediately. Visitors are not allowed. Use the service elevator for wet clothing and luggage. Breakfast is not included in the rate. It is served at our charming Move Coffee & Bistro for R$ 32.00 per person. A convenient and tasty option to start your day! Lunch pricing may vary. Please check directly at the front desk, where you can also confirm bistro hours. Prohibited: Drying items in the window. Throwing garbage out of windows, balconies, or common areas.
