The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife and proximity to other beaches and tourist attractions in João Pessoa, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life or fun.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Usage Rules
Damages and Penalties: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths—doing so may result in a R$100.00 fine per damaged item, the same applies for stained sheets. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the unit and in the leisure areas.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in date: no refund.
POOL:
Located on the rooftop.
Operating hours: 6 AM to 10 PM.
Currently, there are no scheduled maintenance days for the pool.
When booking, you will have access to the building’s shared areas: pool, gym, and kids' playroom, offering leisure and wellness options for everyone.
The mini-market is open 24/7, with a self-service system for a quick and safe shopping experience at any time.
LINEN:
Includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
Subject to a R$100.00 fine per item for improper towel usage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Cleaning and linen change are performed only once, upon arrival.
Lost Access TAG/KEY: A R$80.00 fine will be charged to cover locksmith services or new key issuance.
Access to shared areas: Gym, Pool, Kids’ Room, and Coworking (the latter with an additional fee).
Report any cleaning or organization issues immediately.
Visitors are not allowed.
Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage.
Breakfast is not included in the rate; it is available at the charming Move Coffee & Bistrô for R$32.00 per person—a convenient and tasty way to start your day!
Lunch prices may vary—please check with the reception for updated prices and bistro hours.

Located in the Tambaú neighborhood, a lively and laid-back tourist hub stretching along the beach of the same name, this area is surrounded by palm trees and filled with kiosks selling beer, drinks, and seafood, as well as offering live music at night. In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still limited, cyclists and walkers fill the beachfront avenue, lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and lace items, are sold at the craft market in the Feirinha de Artesanato.
