LINEN SET:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom and 1 floor mat.

- Please do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged item; the same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen changes (bed and bath) are done only once, at the check-in moment.

- Any cleaning issues should be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to circulate in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the tag or access key, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged for reissue and access to the accommodation.

- For any damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a luggage storage facility on the premises available before check-in. Items left are the guest’s responsibility.
