BED AND BATH LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 bath mat.

- Do not use body and hand towels as floor rags. There is a R$ 100.00 fine per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are done only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Use the service elevator when carrying wet clothes or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas in inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a R$ 80.00 fee will be charged for reissuing and access to the accommodation.

- In the event of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is a storage area on the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.
