RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, an image of your photo ID (front and back) will be requested.

- This also applies to all accompanying guests.

- This is a security measure. We prioritize your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3 PM.

- Check-out: until 12 PM.

- From 12 PM to 3 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: subject to availability and must be arranged with the management.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

USE OF COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: Located on the rooftop (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Coworking: No reservation needed (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Laundry: Use subject to payment at the reception (24 hours).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests listed in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

- Do not use towels or sheets as floor cloths.

- Damaged or stained items: fine of R$ 100.00 per item.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen replacement (bed and bath) are performed only once, at check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- Please use the service elevator when wearing wet clothing or transporting luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk through common areas of the building in inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- In case of lost tag or access key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for re-issuance and access to the accommodation.

- For damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items on the window.

- Throwing any waste out the windows, balcony, or common areas.

- Vary according to demand.

- Rotating spaces, subject to availability.
