RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure applies to each guest. This is our standard safety protocol to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest.

To request an early check-in, please contact the management to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the accommodation and common areas.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

IMPORTANT:

Automatic bookings are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by our team (Operating hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept bookings after this time. If acceptance is possible, we will notify you in advance through the message box.

Check-in during the night or early morning: If needed, you must also book the previous night.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines:

In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

Accommodation:

Cozy for 3 people.

The unit is self-managed and is not a hotel.

Important Information:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

Pool:

Usage hours: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.

Attention: Gym access by appointment only. To use the pool, notify the building’s reception.

Linen:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
