RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.


Rules for Apartment Use:

Damage and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item, the same applies to stained sheets.

Additionally, when you book, you'll have access to the building’s common areas: pool, gym (7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, pick up the key at reception), ensuring leisure and well-being options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINENS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 blanket sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as 1 face towel in the bathroom.
