This 2-bedroom apartment, just 30 meters from the beach, is perfect for long stays and can accommodate up to 4 people. With double beds and air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, it offers a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, blender, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils for your stay). The balcony adds practicality and comfort to your experience.

Located in the coastal area of João Pessoa, the Cabo Branco neighborhood is known for its natural beauty, complete infrastructure, and peaceful atmosphere. With paradisiacal beaches and the iconic Cabo Branco Lighthouse, the neighborhood offers leisure activities, water sports, and breathtaking views. RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

After the reservation is confirmed, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver’s license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure is required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, please contact the manager to check availability.

NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

ATTENTION:

Automated reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After that, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there's a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance via the message box. Early morning or late-night check-in: If necessary, the reservation for the previous day must also be made.

APARTMENT RULES Damages and Penalties: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets. ACCOMMODATION: Cozy for up to 4 people. The unit is autonomous and is not a hotel. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Cancellations requested 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund. Cancellations requested 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund. POOL: Located on the rooftop. Hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Maintenance every Monday. By booking, you will also have access to the building’s common areas: pool and gym, ensuring leisure and wellness options for all preferences. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place. LINEN: Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom. A R$100.00 fine will be charged per item damaged due to improper towel use. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Cleaning and linen change are done only once, upon check-in. Access to the pool as a shared amenity. Cleaning or housekeeping issues must be reported immediately. Visitors are NOT allowed. Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage. PROHIBITED: Drying items on the window. Throwing trash from windows, balconies, or in common areas. NIGHTLY RATES: Vary according to demand. PARKING: Fixed parking space according to the apartment's assigned spot.
