- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide an image of your photo ID (front and back).

- The same applies to all guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM.

- Check-out: until 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the property manager.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: located on floor G3 (8am to 10pm).

- Gym: Key at reception. Located on floor G3 (24 hours).

- Children's play area: Located on floor G3 (8am to 10pm).

LINEN:

- Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 hand towel in the bathroom and 1 floor cloth.

- Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen change (bed and bath) are provided only once, at check-in.

- Cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- Visits are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when wearing wet clothes and for transporting luggage.

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as swimwear, underwear, or without a shirt.

- In case of loss of the access tag or key, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged.

- There is storage available on the property for luggage before check-in. Items left are the responsibility of the guest.
