The Tambaú neighborhood in João Pessoa is one of the city's most famous and valued areas, known for its privileged location by the seaside. It is an important tourist spot, featuring Tambaú Beach, the Handicraft Market of Paraíba, and various leisure options. In addition to being a tourist hub, Tambaú has good infrastructure, with well-maintained streets, a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as hotels and inns. The local cuisine, with seafood-based dishes, is a major attraction. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife and proximity to other beaches and tourist attractions in João Pessoa, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life or fun.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Usage Rules
Damages and Fines:
In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the unit and in leisure areas.
ACCOMMODATION:
Cozy for 2 people.
The unit is autonomous and is not a hotel.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date: full refund (100%).
Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations requested less than 15 days in advance or on the day of check-in: no refund.

Located on the mezzanine.
Currently, no scheduled maintenance days.

LINEN SET:
Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
Subject to a R$ 100.00 fine per item if bath towels are misused.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Cleaning and linen/towel change are carried out only once, at check-in.
ATTENTION: In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY, a fine of R$ 80.00 will be charged to cover the cost of a locksmith or replacement of the TAG/KEY.
Access to gym, pool, and children's play area as common areas.
Any cleaning or housekeeping issues must be reported immediately.
Visitors are NOT allowed.
Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

Cleaning and towel and sheet changes are performed once, on the check-in day. Extra cleaning services can only be requested after 5 days of check-in, subject to payment and advance request. Our bedding does not include bedspreads or comforters, only regular cotton sheets. We do not provide: Hair dryers, irons, or bottled water. Please DO NOT use body and face towels as floor cloths. Improper use of these items will result in a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item, the same applies to stained sheets.
