RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

APARTMENT RULES

Damages and Penalties: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

Cancellations requested 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.

Hours: from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Currently, no scheduled maintenance days.

LINEN:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Damages and Penalties: Replacement cost will be charged for damaged items. A fine of R$100.00 will be charged per piece used inappropriately (e.g., using towels as floor cloths). The same applies to stained sheets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen change are done only once, at check-in.

Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or transporting luggage.
