RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item will apply. The same applies to stained bed sheets. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the apartment and in the leisure areas.

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

BEDDING:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

A fine of R$100.00 per item applies if bath towels are misused.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are done only once, upon check-in.

ATTENTION: Loss of the access TAG/KEY will incur a fine of R$80.00 to cover locksmith service or replacement.

Access to Gym, Pool, Kids’ Room, and Coworking (the latter with a fee) as common areas.

Any issues with cleaning or tidiness must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator when carrying luggage or wearing wet clothes.
