RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Usage Rules
Damages and Fines:
In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths, to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).
Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the check-in day: no refund.

Opening hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

LINEN SET:
Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
Subject to a fine of R$ 100.00 per item if towels are misused.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Cleaning and change of bed and bath linen are done only once, at check-in.
Pool access as part of the shared common areas.
Any issues with cleanliness or housekeeping must be reported immediately.
Visitors are NOT allowed.
Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.
