RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Usage Rules

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed linens. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in leisure areas.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the check-in day: no refund.

Swimming Pool:

Located on the rooftop.

Hours of use: 6 AM to 10 PM.

Currently, no scheduled maintenance days.

The convenience store operates 24 hours with a self-checkout system, allowing you to select and pay for products quickly and safely anytime.

Linen:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests on the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Misuse of bath towels will incur a fine of R$ 100 per item.

Important Information:

Cleaning and linen change are performed only once, upon check-in.

Attention: In case of loss of the access TAG/KEY, a fine of R$ 80 will be charged to cover locksmith costs and/or replacement.

Access to Gym, Pool, Kids’ Playroom, and Coworking (the latter with a fee) as common areas.

Any cleaning or tidying issues must be reported immediately.

Visits are NOT allowed.

Use of service elevator: for wet clothes and luggage only.

Breakfast is not included in the rates, but there is a restaurant on site where you can enjoy a morning meal for R$ 32 per person.

Prohibited:

Drying objects on the window.

Throwing trash from windows, balcony, or common areas.

Located in the Tambaú neighborhood, a lively and laid-back tourist hub stretching along the beach of the same name, this area is surrounded by palm trees and filled with kiosks selling beer, drinks, and seafood, as well as offering live music at night. In the early hours of the morning, with traffic still limited, cyclists and walkers fill the beachfront avenue, lined with hotels. Local souvenirs, such as straw hats and lace items, are sold at the craft market in the Feirinha de Artesanato.
