RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a R$100.00 fine per damaged piece. The same applies to stained bed linens. ACCOMMODATION: Cozy for 2 people. The unit is independent and not a hotel. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%). Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the day of check-in: no refund. POOL: Located on the rooftop. Hours of use: 6 AM to 10 PM. Pool maintenance takes place two days a week. ATTENTION: The barbecue area, gourmet space, and guest lounge are available only with prior scheduling and additional payment at the reception. Additionally, by booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas such as the pool and gym, ensuring leisure and wellness options for all preferences. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place. LINEN: Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom. R$100.00 fine per item for improper use of bath towels. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are done only once, upon arrival. Access to the gym and pool as common areas. Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately. Visitors are NOT allowed. Use the service elevator when wearing wet clothes or carrying luggage. PROHIBITED: Hanging or drying items in windows. Throwing any waste through windows, balconies, or in common areas. DAILY RATES: May vary according to demand. PARKING: Rotating system, subject to availability.
