RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Fines: In case of any damage, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths—this will result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained bed sheets.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested 30 days or more before the check-in date: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the day of check-in: no refund.

POOL:

By booking, you will have access to the building's shared areas, such as the pool and gym, offering leisure and wellness for every taste. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity in one place.

Opening hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Currently, there are no scheduled maintenance days for the pool.

The barbecue area, gourmet space, and lounge room by the pool are available only with prior booking at the reception and additional fee.

LINENS:

Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Improper use of towels may result in a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged item.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Cleaning and bed/bath linen replacement are performed only once, at check-in.

Access to the gym and pool is included as shared areas.

Any issue regarding cleanliness or organization must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.

PROHIBITED:

Drying items on the window.

Throwing trash from windows, balconies, or into shared areas.

Smoking inside the apartment or in common leisure areas.
