RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.

Apartment Rules of Use

Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body or face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

The unit is autonomous and not a hotel.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Cancellations requested less than 15 days before check-in or on the day of check-in: no refund.

POOL:

Located on the mezzanine.

Usage hours: 8 AM to 8 PM.

Maintenance every MONDAY, no use allowed on that day.

Additionally, by booking, you will have access to the building’s common areas: Pool, ensuring leisure and wellness options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.

LINEN:

Composed of 1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.

Subject to a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item if bath towels are misused.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Cleaning and linen change are performed only once, upon check-in.

Access to the Pool as a common area.

Any issues with cleaning or tidiness must be reported immediately.

Visitors are NOT allowed.

Use of the service elevator: for wet clothes and luggage.

In case of loss of the ACCESS TAG/KEY for the accommodation, a FINE of R$80.00 will be charged to regain access, as locksmith services and/or a new tag/key purchase will be required.

ATTENTION: This building does not provide laundry facilities for guests.

PROHIBITED:

Drying objects on the window.

Throwing trash from windows, balcony, or common areas.

Smoking inside the accommodation and leisure areas is prohibited and subject to a fine.
