RESERVATION PROCEDURE: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, along with a selfie, one day before check-in. The same procedure will be required for each guest. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest. To request an early check-in, contact the property manager to check availability. We value your safety, transparency, and comfort during your stay. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION AND COMMON AREAS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ATTENTION: Automatic reservations are only accepted until 9:00 PM. After this time, availability will be checked by the team (Customer service hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM). We do not accept reservations after this time. If there is a possibility of acceptance, we will notify you in advance through the message box. Check-in during the early morning or morning hours: If necessary, you must also book the previous day.
Apartment Rules of Use
Damages and Fines: In case of damage, the replacement cost of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use bath or face towels as floor cloths — a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item will apply. The same applies to stained sheets.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations requested up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).
Cancellations requested between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancellations requested less than 15 days before or on the check-in date: no refund.

Located on the mezzanine.
Opening hours: from 8 AM to 10 PM.
Currently, no maintenance days scheduled.
By booking, you will also have access to the building’s common areas: Pool, Gym, Game Room, Sports Court, Children’s Playground, and Kids’ Room — offering leisure and well-being options for all tastes. Enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation and productivity, all in one place.
BEDDING & TOWELS:
Includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, plus 1 face towel in the bathroom.
Subject to a fine of R$100.00 per item if towels are misused.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Cleaning and linen/towel change are done only once, upon check-in.
Access to Pool, Gym, Game Room, Sports Court, Playground, and Kids’ Room as common areas.
Any issues with cleaning/housekeeping must be reported immediately.
Visitors are NOT allowed.
Use the service elevator for wet clothes and luggage.
If the ACCESS TAG/KEY is lost, a fine of R$80.00 will be charged, as a locksmith must be called and/or a new tag/key acquired.
ATTENTION: This building does not offer a laundry room for guests.

Throwing waste out of windows, balconies, or common areas.

Upon arrival, before entering the garage, you must identify yourself at the reception. The garage access control does not open the gate; it only signals for the concierge to identify the guest and grant entry. ATTENTION We do not offer daily room cleaning during your stay. Cleaning and towel and sheet changes are performed once, on the check-in day. Extra cleaning services can only be requested after 5 days of check-in, subject to payment and advance request. Our bedding does not include bedspreads or comforters, only regular cotton sheets. We do not provide: Hair dryers, irons, or bottled water. Please DO NOT use body and face towels as floor cloths. Improper use of these items will result in a fine of R$100.00 per damaged item, the same applies to stained sheets.
