RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

- After confirmation, you will be asked to provide a photo ID image (front and back).

- This applies to all guests.

- This is a security measure to ensure peace of mind during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

- Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards.

- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

- From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: cleaning and preparation period.

- Early check-in: available upon request with the administrator.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or common areas.

- Pets are not permitted.

- 24-hour reception.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- Up to 30 days before check-in: full refund (100%).

- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days or on the day of check-in: no refund.

COMMON AREAS:

- Pool: located on the rooftop (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

- Gym: access via link (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Coworking: Reservation information available at the front desk (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Laundry: Usage information on site. Access via link (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

- Automated Mini Market: Located at the front desk (24 hours).

- Bicycles: Reservation and payment for use at the front desk. Subject to availability (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

- Beach access: entry with password (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

LINEN:

- Includes one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests in the reservation, as well as one hand towel in the bathroom and one floor cloth.

- Do not use bath and hand towels as floor cloths. A R$ 100.00 fine applies for each damaged item. The same applies to stained sheets.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Cleaning and linen (bed and bath) change is done only once, upon check-in.

- Any cleaning issues must be reported immediately.

- The unit offers an extra bed available for 1 child up to 5 years old at no additional cost. Linen not included.

- Visitors are not allowed.

- The service elevator must be used when carrying wet clothes or luggage.

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas wearing inappropriate clothing, such as swimwear, underwear, or shirtless.

- If the access tag or key is lost, a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged for reissuance and access to the accommodation.

- In case of damage, the cost to replace the damaged item will be charged.

- The property does not offer luggage storage. It is not possible to store bags before check-in or after check-out.

PROHIBITED:

- Drying items in the window.

- Throwing waste out of windows, balcony, or common areas.

DAILY RATES:

- Rates vary according to demand.

PARKING:

- Rotating spaces, subject to availability.
